LMX-Touristik

LMX Touristik is a fully established tour operator in Germany for pre- and dynamic package travel. LMX operates successfully starting 2001 as a private owned company and since 2005 as a Ltd. From 2004 LMX is selling B-B via the Internet (such as EXPEDIA, Lastminute.com, Holidaycheck.de etc.) and as well via Travel Agencies. On the sales side LMX is proud that all online travel portals in Germany are selling LMX products plus more than 4.500 stationary travel agencies have a contract with LMX.

LMX was one of the “first movers” in the virtual travel market. The concept is meanwhile adapted also by “big players” like Thomas Cook, REWE Touristik and others.

In 2010 the leading branch magazine “FVW International” sees LMX under the 60 best tour operators on rank 21 for the fiscal year 2009/2010.

In the current business year LMX will expand in further travel destinations, particular in long haul destinations. In addition investments will be planned in the stationary sales channel and the catalogue selling. Special travel catalogues “LMX Touristik Highlights”, which are published first time in the beginning of 2010, are created as a new sales tool.
